The Residences Apartments – Mar Menor Golf & Spa Resort 5*. Long Stay Golf Packages in modern apartments, situated inside the Mar Menor Golf & Resort complex, with pool and golf views, in the “Costa Calida”, a refuge of peace, only 10 min drive from the coast, 15 min drive to Murcia Airport and 1 hour drive to Alicante airport. Apartments with modern decor, living room, kitchen, terrace or garden, air conditioning, washing machine, Free Wifi and communal pool.
Inside the Resort you will find several restaurants & bars to ensure a full gastronomic experience, including an Irish pub, Club House, Nomad restaurant specialised in mediterranean cuisine, Japanese, steak house, italian and mexican restaurants.

Golf membership included for 7 Golf courses, you can play even every day, see more below.

Stay 5 Weeks & Golf Membership in 7 Courses

  • Package includes:
  • Stay 35 nights in The Residences Mar Menor 1 or 2 bedroom apartment
  • Golf membership is included in 7 courses, you can play even every day. 
  • Golf courses in the package (6 Nicklaus courses + 1 additional course):
  • Mar Menor Golf, La Torre Golf, El Valle Golf, Hacienda Riquelme, Saurines Golf, Condado de Alhama Golf + Hacienda del Alamo (maximum 2 times a week in the same course)
  • *Member´s Golf Green fee is not included: Pay only 9 € / each round, to be paid directly in each Pro-shop, depending on how much you want to play
  • 4 complimentary dinners/person included, to be used in any of the 5 restaurants in the complex (drinks not included).
  • 1 weekly cleaning included + free wifi in apartment
  • Ask for extra weeks or days, Single supplement, special buggy or trolley rental for a whole stay, none golfer rate or 2 bedroom apartment only for 2 people
